To book any service with Deep Tissue Massage & Spa, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. We also require a 24-hour notice for cancellations and appointment changes. Any cancellations made after the 24-hour mark will not be eligible for a refund.
NO SHOWS will be charged 100 % of the reserved service amount.
If you have had the opportunity to rebook in this cancelation policy more than 3 times we reserve the right to refuse any future bookings.
Massage is not recommended for certain people:
- Infectious skin disease, rash, or open wounds
- Immediately after surgery
- Immediately after chemotherapy or radiation, unless recommended by your doctor
- People with osteoporosis should consult their doctor before getting a massage
- If you are prone to blood clots. There is a risk of blood clots being dislodged. If you have heart disease, check with your doctor before having a massage.
- Pregnant women should check with their doctor first if they are considering getting a massage. Massage in pregnant women should be done by massage therapists who are certified in pregnancy massage.
- Massage should not be done directly over bruises, inflamed skin, unhealed wounds, tumors, abdominal hernia, or areas of recent fractures.
