Reservations are preferred, though not always necessary. Weekends book up quickly; planning a couple of weeks in advance to receive the desired date, time and therapist will help.
As a courtesy to our guests and staff, we require 24-hour notice of cancellation or rescheduling to another day for individual spa services. Cancellations made with less than these requested notice times will result in 50% of the scheduled service(s).
We suggest that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your massage services, to allow for completion of paperwork and the opportunity to relax and meet your massage therapist.
When confirming your massage, our staff will always quote arrival time. We do regret that late arrivals will not receive time extensions however will remain responsible for full service scheduled.
Our environment is one of tranquility and relaxation, out of consideration for other guests; please speak softly. Cell phones and pagers must be turned off or placed in silent mode before entering Deep Tissue & Structural Healing. No photographs are permitted.
In appreciation for outstanding service, gratuities may be given to the staff at your discretion. A customary 15% – 20% is suggested. Gratuities are not included in the price of Spa Services and a separate payment envelope or credit card transaction is required should you wish to include a gratuity with a gift certificate purchase. No additional charges will be applied should you wish to place the gratuity on your credit or debit card.

The perfect gift for any occasion available in any denomination, the purchase value applied to any service or package. Although Gift Certificates expire 6 months from date of purchase, you may reactivate an expired certificate for a nominal fee.
